Joining the KCS family is simple. Follow these four steps to secure your child's place.
Call us on 041 369 0644 or email marketing@kcschool.co.za to enquire about availability and arrange a school tour.
Visit the school office to collect an official application form, or email marketing@kcschool.co.za to request one. Complete all sections in full and attach the required supporting documents.
Return the completed form with all documents to the school office. Our admissions team will review your application and contact you within 5 working days. You may also email your completed application to marketing@kcschool.co.za.
Once accepted, you will receive a letter of confirmation. Complete the registration process and pay the R1 500 registration fee to secure your child's place.
Please ensure that you submit all of the following documents with your application form. Incomplete applications may cause delays.

Kabega Christian School is committed to providing an affordable, quality education.
A once-off registration fee is payable upon acceptance to secure your child's place for the academic year.
School fees are payable monthly.
A once-off computer fee of R350 per year applies. New learners pay a once-off name badge fee of R50.
Stationery lists and uniform requirements are provided upon acceptance.

Yes, Kabega Christian Independent School is a registered independent school that follows the CAPS curriculum and prepares learners for the National Senior Certificate (NSC) examination.
We do consider mid-year applications subject to availability. Please contact the school office to enquire about space in the specific grade you are applying for.
Our primary language of instruction is English.
